Vega Zyblevs The Art of the Gentlemans

unique establishment is the exclusive academy of one of Sarbreenars
most dashing heroes. Vega Zyblev has survived years of adventuring
in the most dangerous circumstances through his skill with the rapier.
His name is a by-word for fencing expertise. Now he has retired
from adventuring his experience is available for those who wish
to refine their skills. They may also be lucky enough to acquire
some of Vegas charm and personal magnetism that has led to
a string of amorous conquests.
Requirements
- Weapon Finesse feat
- 200 GP / year
- 15 TU / year
- Gentlemanly conduct. Vega will not teach those who act like
ruffians and thugs. Students must have no history of loutish
behaviour and must continue their good conduct while a member
or risk expulsion.
Special
Due to the personal tuition involved and
Vegas dedication to a quality service, there are only six
places per year available for the Art of the Gentlemans Blade.
Applications are awarded on a first come, first serve basis, no
reserves. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Chink in the Armour, Dash, Fleet of Foot
- Favour of Vega: Once per year you may call upon Vega Zyblev
for a personal favour. As a hero of Sarbreenar and a Commander
of the Guard, Vega has a lot of clout within the city, in addition
to many contacts himself. Examples of favours might include
Vega standing as a character witness; acting as a second in
a duel*; or making an unwanted
item disappear. The favour is subject to Vegas
availability and the DMs discretion.
(* A note on duelling.
Duelling is illegal within this City of Sarbreenar and its
environ 15-mile radius. Those caught duelling are subject
to arrest and prosecution. Vega will not encourage the act of duelling;
a true gentleman should be able to settle his dispute amicably).
Feats
Off Hand Parry [Fighter]
Prerequisites: Dex 13+, Two-Weapon Fighting
Benefit: When fighting with two weapons and using the full attack
option, on your action you may sacrifice all your off-hand attacks
for the round in exchange for a +2 dodge bonus to AC. You still
take the standard penalties to attack with your normal hand. If
you are using a buckler, its AC bonus stacks.
Twin Sword Style [General]
Prerequisites: Two-Weapon Fighting
Benefit: When fighting with two swords (dagger, longsword, rapier,
scimitar, or short sword in any combination), you can designate
a melee opponent during your action and receive a +2 armour bonus
fro your AC against attacks from that opponent. This armour bonus
stacks with the armour bonus from armour and a sheild. Any condition
that makes you lose your Dex bonus to AC also makes you lose this
bonus. You must also be proficient with the weapons you are using.
Chink in the Armour [Fighter]
Prerequisites: Expertise
Benefit: If you take a standard action to study an opponent,
you can ignore half his or her armour bonus, including natural armour
but not sheild bonus, (round down) to your next single attack.
Dash [General]
Prerequisites: none
Benefit: If you are wearing light armour or no armour and carrying
a light load, your base speed is increased by 5
Fleet of Foot [General]
Prerequisites: Dex 15+, Run
Benefit: When running or charging, you can make a single direction
change of 90 degrees or less. You must be wearing light armour or
no armour and be carrying a light load to use this feat.
