The building is constructed of stone but the upper floor is built around a timber frame. Currently the business has three anvils and sets of tools but there is a shortage of iron ore until a supply is established from High Haspur. What supplies they have, come from The Iron Spike Mining Company which is run by the dwarf, Dunbarth Ironthumb, of the Ironstar clan. Apart from the priests themselves a cook, a teamster/stablehand and a lay-preacher/apprentice-armourer, comprise the staff of the House of Tempus. The House of Tempus is run by a group of militant priests, warriors and zealots, distinguished in the City as being one of the few priesthoods to have an established temple which provides a base of operation for the group. Marc Silvanna and Dalron Thoughtfire travelled from the City of Tantras where they were trained by High Battle Master, Thiotarumbarton. Along with Rezintan Bolphius they came to Sarbreenar and helped rebuild the shrine to Tempus within the Temple of the Triad. When a ruined cemetery was discovered to the south east of the town, the priests of Tempus put in a bid to establish it as a shrine to Tempus but the Town Council decided that it was more appropriate to leave it in the care of a priest of Kelemvor. An area of ground to the south west of town has been given over to the House of Tempus to plant as an ornamental garden, instead.
